Guest Author and Contest: Melissa Schroeder

I am excited to announce that today’s guest is Mel Schroeder!!  If you haven’t read her Harmless series yet you are seriously missing out!  And now is the perfect time to start!  She is having a sale through Valentine’s Day!

NEWALHFantasy200x300

Hey, everyone! First I want to thank THE SMUTTY KITTY for having me on the blog today. If you don’t know me, my name is Melissa Schroeder and I write historical to futuristic and sensual to erotic. I am best known for my Harmless series that is mainly a BDSM series with a military spin off.  I am here to talk about my newest release, A Little Harmless Fantasy.

This marks the first ménage of the series. I have had scenes with ménages, but I have not written a dedicated ménage. I knew when I met Zeke and Maura in A Little Harmless Lie, they would have their own book. It didn’t take long for me to realize they would be part of a ménage. Maura and Zeke were good together, but they needed that other person.

A former lover of Zeke’s, Rory was the perfect person to pull them together. He’s a Dom with women, which is exactly what Maura and Zeke need to bring them back together. So, added to the mix are two stories or reuniting and then new love for all three.

It was a challenge to write this book, being that I knew people really wanted it to be intense and I wanted to give each character equal time.

If you want to get a teaser of the book, you can download Prelude to a Fantasy for free just about everywhere! It tells of the night that Maura and Zeke first get together several years ago.

I love a good ménage romance. It does not matter to me what kind. I like all the sub genres contemporary, paranormal and historical. I’ve read ménage stories in all those sub genres and loved them. I can honestly say there are not that many historical ones that are that good.
I also like when everyone touches and are engaged at the same time. If you know what I mean. (I’m trying to keep it clean.) Lol
Thank you for the giveaway and many hours of enjoyable reading Melissa.

  2. Phuong

Yes, I do like menage books but I prefer them to be the MFM variety ….as to contemporary, historical or paranormal – I pretty much read anything but horror so any genre is good for me. Thanks for the giveaway

Yes to all of the above! I don’t feel like it’s a true menage relationship if all parties are not emotionally and sexually involved!

Hi Melissa, I love Menage stories. MM/F., MFM, MMF/M :) Love all genres and read them except Horror. I can’t read or relate to two women getting it on at all, don’t know why except I have no desire whatsoever to read about it. :)

I love menage! It’s my favorite. I’m not all that picky with the arrangement, m/f/m, m/m/f, m/f/m/m!!! I haven’t ventured into m/f/f yet.

  20. Yes I love menage and it doesn’t matter. I like them all as long as it is about love and caring. Genuine feelings is what matters, not gender. I think my favorites are contemporary and paranormal although I did read a historical one I really enjoyed.

Yes, please, all of the above! I’ve read all those variations and some with more. Throw in some paranormal and I’m a happy girl! I’ve only read one m/f/f and I really liked it but that could be because of the authors.
